Jennifer has been working for KinderCare Learning Centers since October of 2003. She has taught in the Toddler, Discovery Preschool and School Age classroom. From there Jennifer went on to serve as the Assistant Director of Auburn. Less then a year later she became the Acting Center Director and in July of 2013 become the Center Director. Jennifer is passionate about creating the best environment for the children and families at her facility.
Francesca started working for KinderCare in 2013. Before obtaining her current position of Assistant Director Francesca worked at the Meridian KinderCare as a Lead Teacher in their Toddler class. Before coming to KinderCare Francesca worked at the Little Gym as their Program Director and Lead Instructor.
<p><!--block-->I have been with Auburn KinderCare for seven years. Prior to my KinderCare years I attended college originally to be a high school physical education teacher, though later decided to focus on Early Education. I then started with KinderCare in May of 2008. I am the Lead Infant teacher and enjoy watching all of the babies grow and develop. I love to know I make a difference in not only the students lives but in all of the families lives here at KinderCare. I have been head of our Learning Adventures program for the last two years. In Phonics class I enjoy teaching the children their letters and sounds, which in turn leads to reading. I love seeing all of the musicians and cheerleaders in action, they truly bring sunshine to the center. Even though I am a teacher and help children learn and grow, I feel that the children help us all learn and grow. Children remind us to always find our inner 'kid', which makes everyday an amazing one. My goal is to have my team, families and kids not only continue to grow and develop, but succeed.</p>
