I spent a significant portion of my career at The Walt Disney Company, leading planning, labor optimization, and environmental programs in Paris and California. From there, I transitioned into sustainability and ESG-focused roles in Washington state, including leadership positions at Multicare and an industrial recycling firm. A lifelong advocate for people-centered business strategy, my experience spans governance, HR, and safety. My analytical approach to staffing, grounded in real-world labor expertise, makes me a natural partner for businesses seeking reliable and scalable workforce solutions. What we love about Seattle (Southwest) I’ve lived in many places, but I’ve never seen a more authentically diverse, integrated community than Seattle’s South Sound.
