I called thinking I'd get an appointment in a week or so and was so surprised to be able to have someone come out that afternoon. SAM arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the line from my clothes washer to main sewer line. He had to clean it out a few times, and did not leave until he verified that it was clear. He stayed until he got the job done, and left the laundry room in better condition than when he came. Thank you SAM!
